Now, before you send us that payment, here are
a few things we at TENGEW LEATHER want you to know:

PRE-ORDERING

You'll notice that you do not have a means to purchase our products instantly. This is because all of our products are custom made and we want to be sure of your measurements and other things before you make a payment. Once we have all the necessary information needed to begin crafting your product, we'll contact you on the payment information.

CUSTOM ORDERING

We work in leather, plastic, steel and wood. With over 20 years experience, we can custom make almost anything you want. If you do not see it here, either sketch it out or send us a picture. We will do our best to custom make it for you.

PAYMENT

Since all our products are custom-made, and most of the materials need to be ordered before the crafting starts, we require a 50%, non-refundable payment for the cost of material. The balance is - of course - due before final shipping. We will give you the shipping cost at that time. We accept Personal checks (continental U.S. only), Travelers Checks and Money Orders.

DON'T FORGET THOSE MEASUREMENTS

TENGEW cannot custom fit its fine handcrafted toys without the exact measurements of the wearer. Please go to the Measurements page and fill out the appropriate form. Make sure to include them with your payment, or E-mail them to us now. Feel free to E-mail us for special  XXXL price quotes, or questions about our products.

FIRST TIME ORDERING FROM US?

Please remember that EVERY item we make is custom made. We tend to ship approximately 4 to 6 weeks after receiving a deposit. As in all Custom shops, there are peak times when orders will be shipped later. If time is an issue, make sure to E-mail us before ordering. We will be happy to give you a realistic delivery date.

TRUE SHIPPING COSTS

We at TENGEW do not make money on shipping.  You pay only the true costs to ship and insure the products you buy.  Any over payments will be returned by check with the product.  Make sure to tell us if you prefer another method, other than UPS ground, for delivery.  We will try to accommodate you, if possible.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

TENGEW Leather guarantees every leather product crafted by us to be free of defects upon delivery. If for some reason a TENGEW Custom product breaks under normal wear and tear, TENGEW will repair it free of charge. Any and all shipping costs, to and from TENGEW, will be the customers' responsibility.

See our REPAIRS page for more information on repairs. Shipping costs may vary, depending on the size/quantity of items.
